You can order any amount you wish. Free Shipping on orders over $150

We accept orders via Paypal only, you can process Visa and MasterCard without signing up with Paypal.

Q. Can I fax in my Order
Yes, Download and print our Fax Order form. ( Fax Order Form.pdf )
Then using the Add to Cart on Jerilen Canada Web Site to select your products, Price GST and Shipping will be calculated. Then View Cart and transfer the information onto this form. Complete your Credit card information and Shipping Address. Initial and Sign the form then Fax to 1-604-376-7090
Q. How can I place an order?
Our shopping cart program makes ordering simple and hassle free with Paypal. Once an order is placed, a confirmation and order number will be sent to the email address you provided. We ship by Canada Post and a tracking Number will be email to you .
Q. How much does it cost to ship my items?
Shipping is typically 10%-25% of your total order. Our website is set-up to calculate the shipping automatically.
Q. How long before my items ship?
Normal processing time for shipment of an order is 48 – 72 hours. Unless marked a special order, then we order it in and shipping and delivery. Once your items ship, you will be notified by email with tracking numbers. We are not responsible for merchandise that cannot be delivered. The Canada Post only allows three attempts before returning it to the sender. We charge a 15% restocking fee for items returned for non-delivery.

Yes, we ship with in Canada and to the United States
