Q. Do you require a minimum order?
You can order any amount you wish.
Q. What form of payment do you accept?
We accept orders via Paypal only, you can process Visa and MasterCard without signing up with Paypal.
Our shopping cart program makes ordering simple and hassle free with Paypal. Once an order is placed, a confirmation and order number will be sent to the email address you provided. We ship by Canada Post and a tracking Number will be email to you .
Q. How much does it cost to ship my items?
Our website is set-up to calculate shipping automatically based on total price for Canada.
All International orders will be sent a invoice for additional shipping cost.
Q. How long before my items ship?
Normal processing time for shipment of an order is 48 – 72 hours. Unless marked a special order, then we order it in and shipping and delivery. Once your items ship, you will be notified by email with tracking numbers. We are not responsible for merchandise that cannot be delivered. The Canada Post only allows three attempts before returning it to the sender. We charge a 15% restocking fee for items returned for non-delivery.
